Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt has hinted that he could quit acting in as little as three years' time.
During an interview on Australian chat show 60 Minutes, the star suggested he may end his illustrious career when he turns 50.
However, he is yet to put much thought into what he will do once he reaches the milestone, as he replied "Hell if I know" when quizzed about his future plans.
Despite this, Pitt – who appeared on the show to promote new flick Moneyball – stated he has enjoyed producing films and "getting stories to the plate that may have had a harder time otherwise".
He was also asked whether he and partner Angelina Jolie planned to add to their sizeable family in the near future and he would not rule anything out.
Fans of the A-List movie star will be sad to see the curtain come down on his glittering acting career. Pitt has appeared in a string of blockbusters including Fight Club, Snatch and Mr & Mrs Smith.
